It's like Coney Island of the Midwest. Sort of. Sorry to hear it's closing.
First Santa's Village, now Kiddieland. It's sad to see these institutions go, even though they were nightmare factories for me as a kid. Brrr....
Aaagghh! What's next? Coney Island? No wait...NYC is playing hard-ball with developers so there's still a chance....so sorry to see this close down, Splotchy. Kinda like losing a friend...
I'm sad that it's closing but I am secretly hoping for a public auctioning-off of the Kiddieland goods. I'd love some of their old signage.
That sucks. I've never been there, but I hate to hear about the demise of iconic places. I guess nothing gold can stay, Ponyboy.
