gah... i was going to apply my fuzzy logic (wooly booleans) to arrive at 'cleft palate' but it was far too obscure and the picture turned my stomach.
I don't think that that the two items are actually unconnected. I suspect that that box is filled with a whole shipment of Treble Clefs.
