Is It Really So Strange?

Tell me if this is strange, won't you?

Whenever I eat ice cream, I take whatever empty receptacle I have eaten the ice cream from -- be it a bowl, or a Ben And Jerry's pint, what-have-you -- and I fill it halfway with milk, then drink the milk.

Well?

At least it's not eating olives from the nostril of a racehorse, right?

Wait-- are you saying that the olives/racehorses's nostrils thing is wrong?

Damn.

I only fill it almost half way. So there, Mr. Smarty Pants..... And I'm picky about the receptacle. It can't have been in the garbage ever. That I've seen, at least. Or that they've eaten, mostly, if it's a cone.

Once again, I say, God Bless You Johnny Yen.

My uncle used to prepare a snack:

*Maple walnut ice cream (so disgusting but very Canadian)
*Honeycomb cereal
*those vanilla cookies with the cherry thumbprint crumbled on top
*and then milk

He'd eat it out of a soup pot/sauce pan while standing in the kitchen.

Blech, I say.

tanya, I salute anyone who has a dessert routine that they enjoy, no matter how disgusting it might be to others.

Which reminds me, in the near future maybe I'll post a disgusting yet delicious way to eat M&M's.

Yes, you're right. I guess I'm sad and forlorn I don't have any routines like that (at least I don't think so...I'll have to think on it).

I'm curious (and a little afraid) about the M&Ms.
