Nostradamus: "The man of spots will sit In front of his skyless window: Writing words never traced by human hand, Placed in mouths that never speak them." (translated from orig. French)
A man who works for the Dept. of Defense, staring from the inside at a two-way inspection window of his quarantine cell, because of a deadly disease, whose effects include dark red spots, created by the very same people he worked for had broken loose and had swallowed the Western World in panic and fear, thousands inflicted with no hope in sight, when he in fact had worked to create a vaccine in pill form in case and when it was released, but the government has to keep it hidden for a while, or the fact that they had created a destructive agent that had been used both deliberately and accidentally would destroy it.
